Data is fundamental to our modern world.  We rely on numbers to allocate resources in economic development, employment, health care, education and public policy.  But because most data fails to take gender into account, treating men as the default and women as atypical, bias and discrimination are baked into our systems.  Steve talks with Caroline Criado Perez, author of Invisible Women: Data Bias in a World Designed for Men.
