Dina is right. You say “weeknights” but really it’s only “some randomly chosen weeknights”. If you are not on the interair then i can’t listen and if i can’t listen then i’m not happy.

we need more controversy in the show. take on some serious controversial subjects like Religion, Space Aliens, Science vs. Idiocy, Mandatory Abortions for Republican couples, Gays had it right all along so fuck them, Plumbing Advice for Priests, 4-Cylinder Camaros I have loved, and so on.

I absolutely ADORE Dina’s irreverence and i am an extremely socially conservative Canadian. I’ll be in New York in September for a week and invite her to buy me lunch BTW.

    Steve – A loyal listener.

The word complacency comes to mind.
I know all about complacency, one minute you think you have a job for life, the next out on your ear.

75 year old octogenarian? Where have all the proofreaders gone?

  • Grondie

Those proofreaders are all 80 year old nonagenarians.

Anyways, how about that Friday show? We gettin’ one?

So, when Marc has on old friends they seem to have a reason for being there. They’re usually interesting and Dina finds them not worthy of conversation.

When Dina has on old friends they generally have no reason for being there. Dina speaks with them as if she’s having a telephone conversation. They cackle and laugh and the listener is left feeling like the 3rd wheel.

More Joe Crummey and less of Dina’s co-workers.
