Hey, Fustians! Good show last week with Harold Hill. I think I enjoy just about any combination of hosts, whether it’s Justin and Max, Justin, Max and Leah, Max and Harold, or Max and Barry, just as long as it isn’t Bill Harris and Rex Reed. My pics for MOST UNDERRATED FILMS OF FAIRLY WELL-KNOWN DIRECTORS are Spike Lee’s 1996 film “Get on the Bus”, that would be my #3. My #2 is Tim Burton’s 2003 offering “Big Fish”. And my #1 pic for most underrated film from a fairly well-known director is Steven Spielberg’s 2002 sci-fi flick “Minority Report”. I think it got cheated out of a best picture Oscar nod that year, as well as acting nods for Tom Cruise, Max Von Sydow and Samantha Morton because it’s one of Spielberg’s masterpieces. The first time I saw this movie I didn’t even notice one Spielberg shot, but “Minority Report” is a well-crafted cinematic experience from beginning to end with very few missteps. Happy Holidays, everyone!
More like Chariots Of Speeches. What a borefest. The only good scenes were the running and rest of the movie ZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Big surprise ending–The annoying christian who never loses a race, wins the big race. I wanted the jew to beat him. They made out that they would compete together and then they run different races. BTW I wonder if Ian Charlton got AIDS from Brad Davis. Or vice versa.
